The Publisher informs the Users of the Mobile Application and/or the Website that it processes the following data as part of the operation of the Mobile Application and/or the Website:

The Publisher informs the Users of the Mobile Application and/or the Website that it processes the following data as part of the operation of the Mobile Application and/or the Website:
- name and surname of the User,
- e-mail address of the User,
- camera of the Smartphone,
- image gallery on the Smartphone
as the User must provide the Publisher with the mentioned personal data upon Registration or user account creation, and the device camera and image gallery is used to take photographs of the hunting trophy that the User wants to upload to the Mobile Application or to upload an image directly to the Mobile Application.
The Publisher will process all the data listed in the previous paragraph for the following purposes:
- registration and every Login of the User to the Mobile Application and/or the Website, and thus for uninterrupted functioning of the Mobile Application for the created user account,
-functioning of the Mobile Application and uploading of photographs of hunting trophies in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
The processing of personal data means the storage of personal data for the purpose of uninterrupted operation of the user account of the User through Registration and every subsequent Login to the Mobile Application and/or the Website, and for the Publisher's purpose of ensuring the functioning of the Mobile Application and/or the Website, fulfilling the Publisher's legal obligations, and protecting the Publisher's rights and interests.
In order to use the Mobile Application without interruption, the User will have to grant the Mobile Application permission to use the camera and image gallery on their Smartphone. The Mobile Application needs a camera to take photographs of the hunting trophy that the User wants to upload to the Mobile Application or to directly access the already taken photograph that the User wants to upload to the Mobile Application. If the User does not allow the Mobile Application to use the camera and/or image gallery on the Smartphone, they will not be able to use this service.
The Publisher will process the listed personal data for other purposes as well, provided that the User gives prior written consent for such data processing purposes:
- for direct marketing regarding potential offers and benefits within the Mobile Application itself and other changes or news,
- for sending push messages according to push message settings within the Mobile Application or Smartphone settings.
In any case, the Publisher may process the collected personal data listed above for the purposes of legitimate interest, among others for the protection of its own interest against damage, if there is a basis for such processing in the applicable regulations in the Republic of Slovenia.
For the purpose of Registration and Login to the Mobile Application and/or the Website, the Publisher uses Firebase Authentication technology. This tool is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, D04 E5W5 Dublin. This tool allows the User to Register and Login to the Mobile Application and/or the Website. The User enters their personal information at Login (Email Address) and their personalised Password, so they can access the Mobile Application and/or the Website. The personal data from the application form is processed for the implementation of Login to the Mobile Application and/or the Website. The Firebase operator is also obliged to process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The Privacy Policy for the Firebase tools is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
For the purpose of Registration and Login to the Mobile Application and/or the Website, the Publisher uses Firebase Authentication technology. The User enters their personal information at Login (Email Address) and their personalised Password, so they can access the Mobile Application and/or the Website. The Publisher may provide all or specific personal data to state or local authorities if the competent authority so requests in accordance with the powers granted by law or executive act, or if the Publisher is required to transmit data by law or an executive act, including for the purposes of prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or minor offences, enforcement of final court decisions, etc.
The Publisher assumes no responsibility for any errors that may occur when providing incorrect or false information by Users of the Mobile Application and/or the Website.

The User allows the Publisher, as the controller of the database holding personal data, to manage, maintain and process the database holding personal data for the operation of the Mobile Application and/or the Website, until the User's consent to the processing of personal data is revoked or until the purpose of personal data processing is fulfilled, in accordance with national regulations on personal data protection, the Publisher's Personal Data Protection Policy, and the GDPR.
The User may at any time request information from the Publisher whether the Publisher is processing the User's personal data and which personal data is being processed. The User has the right to receive this personal data and the right to pass such personal data to another controller or processor of personal data. The User may also request that the Publisher restricts processing of personal data not necessary for interrupted operation of the Mobile Application or identification of the User, may object to the processing of such personal data and automated decision-making, including profiling, may revoke consents given for various processing purposes, and may request correction or addition or deletion of personal data. The User may exercise all above rights under the conditions and to the extent set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR.
The User may not request restriction or termination of processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the identification of the User at Registration or Login, and for uninterrupted operation of the Mobile Application and/or the Website. The User may request termination of processing of all or some of their personal data and the deletion of such data after deactivation and deletion of their user profile.
The User may exercise the rights and possibilities listed in the previous paragraphs by sending a request to the Publisher at support@bepet.org. By sending a message to the above email address of the Publisher, the User may also at any time request access, transcription, copy, amendment, correction, blocking and deletion of personal data, and submit a complaint. In the event of a User's request, submitted correctly and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, related to exercising the User's rights regarding personal data processing, withdrawal of consent, request for restriction of processing or deletion of personal data, the Publisher undertakes to take action in accordance with the User's request within 15 days of receipt of the objection or change of User's settings. Regarding the exercise of other rights of the User, the Publisher undertakes to take action within the deadline or deadlines required by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
In addition to the Publisher, the above personal data of the User are processed on the Publisher's behalf and for the Publisher's account by processors, such as companies that provide the Publisher with technical support in the processing of personal data. This is, for example, the Developer.
The Publisher controls and processes all personal data with the help of appropriate advanced technical measures for the protection of personal data. The Publisher uses appropriate security technology and tools, training and information for employees who come into contact with personal data during their work. In the processing of personal data, the Publisher cooperates with the Developer, who is a trusted and supervised contractual processor of personal data and uses security-tested servers for the storage of personal data. The Publisher also supervises the processing of personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The Publisher undertakes to resolve any potential complaints regarding the operation of the Mobile Application and/or the Website and purchases made via the Mobile Application and/or the Website as soon as possible, and to notify the User. The User sends the complaint to the Publisher via email to support@bepet.org, with detailed description with the error or complaint regarding the Mobile Application and/or the Website.
In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all other possible publications of the Publisher, whether in printed, electronic or other form.
The court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the User and the Publisher, in accordance with Slovenian law.
The General Terms and Conditions are published online at www.i-trophy.com.
By using the Mobile Application and/or the Website, the User is deemed to have read and agreed with the General Terms and Conditions.
The Publisher reserves the right to change the rules if required to do so on technical, commercial or legal grounds or reasons on the part of the public. The Publisher will inform the Users about all changes and updates of the Mobile Application and amendments to the General Terms and Conditions by notification in the Mobile Application itself, as well as by notifications within the mobile store used by the User to downloaded the Mobile Application. The User is deemed to be informed of the changes or amendments to the General Terms and Conditions on the day of publication of new or changed or amended General Terms and Conditions on website www.i-trophy.com.
These General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy enter into force on 5 May 2021.
